This week we will look at ways we can be more disciplined and more likely to feel in control when adversity shows up. These practices, that when done regularly, help us to better understand our strengths and weaknesses. When we have routines in place that have been building our greater sense of self worth, we are much more prepared to remember our true value in difficult times. What tools can we focus on in order to do this? This is what we will discuss together on Tuesday.
