Forever Fit Yoga honors the Iyengar mind/body style of teaching that help you feel amazing inside and out. From the comfort of your home, join me via ZOOM to gently ease tension from the mind and strengthen the body.
We explore all the elements of yoga while using supportive props you already have at home. Maintaining balance is so fundamental to our health, we can also accommodate these poses mindfully with a wall or chair.
Participants love the combination of breath awareness, strengthening, stretching and long restful poses. You will be amazed at how good you feel by the end of each class!
I am a Yoga College of Canada, YAA-certified instructor. Restorative and older adult yoga classes are my specialties.

caring circle!
We connect through ZOOM around health related topics that expand our health and wellness knowledge and end with a restorative yoga practice that helps you feel ease and release.
