My name is Beth, I am an Empowerment Coach who can help you rediscover your path for feeling and looking great again with positive, healthy lifestyle changes!
Whether you have difficult relationships with food, physical wellness or your personal life journey, I’ll help you change the habits that hold you back and develop skills for a happier, healthier life, one "stride" at a time!
It is my mission to continue to live fully, learn enthusiastically and share my knowledge in a supportive and authentic way. I want to help you rediscover your personal strengths and deep inner beliefs!
My educational experiences and related work history have provided a valuable learning platform in which to assist you envision and create your "best life" with clarity. It is my goal to support and guide you toward your highest physical, emotional and mind-body wellness.
My journey has had its share of peaks and valleys, but I draw strength and empowerment by getting out into nature, teaching yoga, hiking and being a life long learner.
